1. Overview
This policy applies to all orders placed at https://signden.com unless a product listing states otherwise. Cancellation and modification rules disclosed here are consistent with checkout and order confirmation emails.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled or modified before they enter processing. Once processing begins (within 1–2 business days), changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days for same-day cancellation requests.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@signden.com with your order number. Cancellations are confirmed by email.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible — please refer to the Return & Refund Policy instead.
3. Order Modification Policy
You may request the following changes before your order is shipped:
Shipping address correction
Item quantity adjustment (subject to stock availability)
Shipping method upgrade or downgrade
Modifications cannot be guaranteed after the order cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) or once processing has begun (1–2 business days), at our sole discretion.
4. Orders in Processing or Shipped
Orders that have entered the fulfillment queue (1–2 business days after payment confirmation; weekends and public holidays are excluded unless stated otherwise) may not be eligible for cancellation. Address changes after shipment may require carrier intercept fees where available and are not always possible.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Signden does not charge any cancellation fees for orders cancelled before shipment unless disclosed at checkout.
6. Partial Cancellations
If only part of an order is cancelled before shipment, the remaining items ship according to the Shipping Policy. Refunds for cancelled line items follow the same refund timeline above.
