5. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid claim, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days
• Review the claim and investigate reported content or products
• Remove or disable access to infringing material if the claim is valid
• Notify affected parties when applicable and permitted by law

6. Counter-Claims and Disputes
